Upon full payment, the final deliverables (website code, designs, etc.) will be owned by the client. However, we retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Web Creation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
